The Independence Blue Cross Foundation, in cooperation with the Eagles Charitable Foundation, supported vision screening professional development for more than 250 Philadelphia school nurses to ensure they are properly trained and certified to administer vision screenings. IBC Foundation announces nearly $1.7M in nursing education and community health and wellness grants

The Independence Blue Cross Foundation (Foundation) announced nearly $1.7 million in funding to support its Building Healthier Communities and Bolstering the Health Care Workforce programs.
